Please check the catchment map first to make sure you are eligible to enrol at Leichhardt State School.
Please complete all eight forms listed below to complete enrolling your child at our school. If you are enrolling your child in Prep please also complete the forms listed below and check the Prep Enrolment section of our website.
Please contact our school office on (07) 3813 3222 to arrange an enrolment interview time. When attending the interview please bring a completed enrolment form, enrolment agreements, media consent form (all above), proof of address (bill or licence etc), court order paperwork (if applicable), as well as any supporting documents that may apply to your child's education.
All students enrolling in a Queensland State School for the first time, must present a Birth Certificate.
